Active Ingredients:
100% certified organic: Aniseed, Chamomile, Cinnamon, Dandelion root, Fennel seed, Licorice root, Peppermint
No gluten, sugar, caffeine, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. GE free.
 
Directions:
Shake contents before opening. Use 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
 
Breastfeeding mothers: take 1 cup during the feed. Keep enough prepared tea for baby/child afterwards (recommended dosage below), maximum 3 doses per day.
 
Recommended dose: babies: 5ml | 6-12 month: 10ml | 1-4 years: 20-40ml | 4-10 years: 50-100ml
 
The prepared tea can be refrigerated (covered) for up to 12 hours. Always drink warm. If time is an issue, distribute the recommended baby dose into ice trays and freeze. When needed, pour a little boiling water over the ice cube to melt.
